Coaching is more goal-oriented and often focuses on mindset shifts. Support work includes that, but it also covers practical, emotional, and day-to-day help — especially for NDIS participants. The line between them is flexible depending on your needs.
Both. I offer in-person sessions across Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula, and online sessions Australia-wide.
Not at all. Some sessions include hypnosis if you're open to it, but everything we do is collaborative and built around your comfort level.
Most private sessions run for 45-60 minutes. Group programs vary depending on the format. The Breakthrough Day is a full-day immersive session.
If you’re self-managed or plan-managed, yes. I invoice under standard support worker rates, and we can tailor the support around your wellbeing goals.
We work together over the course of a full day to get clear on what’s been holding you back — then shift it at the root using hypnosis, NLP, time-line therapy, and other tools. It’s deep, intensive, and can feel like months of inner work in one go.
Totally fair question — and I hear this a lot. My approach isn’t about "fixing" you. It’s about helping you come back to who you already are underneath the noise, the fear, and the stress. That’s where the real change happens.
